Shipping Policy

Dispatch
Orders are picked and packed Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays, and most leave within one or two business days. Anything placed over a weekend joins the queue on Monday morning.

These figures are read from the official package artwork. Whatever applies to your order is displayed at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

Carrier estimates rather than commitments. Weather, customs backlogs and the weeks either side of a major holiday all add days.
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed when the carrier collects the parcel. The first scan can take up to 24 hours to show, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal. If nothing has moved for more than 5 business days, email us and we will chase it.
Orders outside the United States
Where we ship internationally, import duty, VAT, GST and customs handling are charged by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Those rates are set by your government and we cannot calculate or prepay them. A parcel refused at customs and returned to us is refunded less the outbound shipping cost.
Delivery addresses
Read yours back at checkout. If you catch a mistake afterwards, email immediately — while the order is still with us it is usually fixable. Once it has shipped the address cannot be changed, and a parcel returned for an incorrect address needs reshipping at cost.
Damage and non-delivery
Damaged in transit: photograph it and email within 7 days for a free replacement. Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours and your depot, then contact us so a carrier investigation can be opened.
Storing the bottle
Keep DigestFlow cool, dry, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Do not use past the date printed on the bottle. If the capsules arrive looking or smelling wrong, do not take them — email us and we will replace them.
